Just keen to know how people process jobs from the day of getting the go ahead to the day you plan to do it. If your getting 2 or 3 quotes a day to do you soon get them mixed up and forgotten about. I have been trying to use a white board but it ends up a total mess and then I end up missing someone out! If you don't mind sharing, your thoughts and way you all do it would be helpful.

Cheers

Write it in the diary when I book it in with the customer. Don't book it in unless the diary is in front of you. I tx myself to call them later to arrange a date.

Filofax for me, I find I retain more info if I write it down rather than type it into a tablet.

When I go to look at a job I have a customer detail sheet which I fill out while on site so I then only have to enter that info on a quote template on the computer.

This works for me too.
