Igland make one, but I dont think its particularly good. That Hahn could be easily modified to fit an excavator.

Rather than one of those does anyone know if there is a company making a firewood processing head that will fit on to a 13t excavator?

 

had a hunt around on the web but not come up with anything so far

I presume you are talking about something like this AFM harvester, processor and combi heads

 

Some useful videos there, but id imagine they dont come cheap

Not read 1 single good review on those chompers. Lots of very unhappy customers, most of the time the wood disintegrates in the machine.

that bobcat looks awesome must save alot of time!

I like my bobcat attachements but I am not sure about that machine. what happens if the log drops on its end. Also you would alwaysbe watching the wind otherwise you would be wearing alot of saw dust. The operation looks almost semi automatic do any conventional machines do this.
