My spec would be bottom line, rylock c/w centre line , and top line, then two top barbed lines, posts 2 or 3 mtrs spacing, labour £2.80 per mtr, labour . Add around £2.-£2.50 for materials.

good quality hi tensile stock netting topped with 2 strands of barb or plain wire would be around £5-£5.50 per meter if its only 100 meter, thats for supply and install on a nice straightish run with good soil.

screw fix are advertising netting at £50 per 50 m roll, coiled wire £43 per 650 m, wooden posts depending on length and diameter £80 per pack of 25

or you can try marsland timber they have a depot near your yard
