Zanon SL10 log splitters...Any good ?

Yep, if you all recall my early enquiries regarding Thor and Riko, in comparison with my old splitter, and to best fit my Kubota B6100, the PTO one comes out best, spent all this time since my last post researching, and they look great which will fit well as i am hoping to hire out the petrol and electric version if the PTO one meets my expectations on build quality. Will keep you posted. Thanks :thumbup1:

That was the icing on what looks to be a good little splitter, nice weight, it is what it is, and really they are only going to be splitting rung up arb waste , double pump is the best thing. :thumbup1:

i'm no engineer, but it looks a sturdy unit to me....not much to go wrong :)

 

It will be an interesting one Steve, not as over engineered as the Riko in terms of build quality, and not as sophisticated as the Thor with its leader system and handlebar levers. There is a youtube of the electric one, this might be it.

He has adapted the controls to foot , which you should never do.
