Big TTry Husqvarna curved ramps with a winch to pull it up and down on. Use the fairlead to keep the wire off the end of the tub by mounting it right at the end of the tub.

Hope this helps

That's a funky looking piece of kit mate!

It's just two pulleys bought on eBay and a length of old rope so simple to make only thing I need to do is is to find an old rope grab or something

Prussik? Even cut 1.5 metres off the end and use a blakes?

Wouldn't mind seeing a photo of it in action :)

Awesome! That was what I was thinking of as I have almost the same kind of chip box! Does the handle come off the winch though, to stop it hitting the ladder rack when your turning it? Do you have to do half a turn, take the handle off and 're position it to avoid the handle hitting the ladder rack?

No Mr. Very Big T, i positioned the winch handle so as it is clear of everyting and i can rotate it 360 degrees. I may fit an electric winch instead as i've wan sat idle in me garage! Electric winch is alot less faff than manually winding the chipper up and down the ramps. You are gonna be amazed at wot a CS100 can do.

Sweet! Looking forward to a new way of working.....less dragging!!!:). One last question if I may kind sir......do those manual trailer type winches that you have fitted wind out as well as in?!
