Yes .I bought one off Tony at the Arb fair before last ...takes a while to get used to the reel on the side of the harness ... But worth persevering with for having 5m of rope neatly stashed...

I've been climbing quite a few years now and keep open minded about new bits of kit ,if I've got the pennies available to give it a go I will... Ease and efficiency is key

How is the plastic holding up any cracks or is it still nice and solid .

Ah, and what exactly is the "Ropepod"?

It's a Sidewinder with modifications! We have the go ahead from Paul Cox to make our own version, at the moment we bring them in from the States, but plans are afoot to make our own version (it takes time, though) We have a prototype (some may have seen it at the Arb show) but it will be a while before we have a production model!
