Good idea . I presume you don't have the brake handle fitted if you are just milling ? If its still on there make sure the outlet does not soften the plastic .

Try using Aspen first.

Aspen I have ruled out on cost and no one stocks it near to me.

Last Saturday milled a large oak 20 litres used in the day.

On the crane truck where i work, we use firehoses from firetrucks to lead the fumes out of the buildings when we are lifting machines inside, maybe a small dia firehose could be used? It would just drag behind the saw, should be fine.

The idea is to remove the brake and mod a stub to fit in place off the metal plate,then as above conected to a hose.

We don't like gaps in our dealer coverage and do our best to fill them.

I tried Aspen for a while, didn't seem to make a huge difference to my health just a large dent in my pocket.

I wear a vapour mask now, that's cut out the head aches and nose bleeds I used to get.
