My, that's a smart tool - but you gotta be hurtin bad to need that at that price! Tunnisen (TS) doe something similar but, as above, I tink the price kinda prohibits things a tad.:sneaky2:

They had a prototype before they were bought out. It was a backgarden one with hydraulic infeed but was heavy and had to be pushed about. Ive seen a photo and heard tales.

I am happy with what my timberwolf 13/75 can do for the price i paid for it. Its solid, simple engineering. But now second hand greenmechs are coming onto the market, i think ill end up next year with one of those. It really does seem to bridge the gap, and for anything larger i can rent a hydraulic one out for the few days a year where its needed.

  • 3 weeks later...

Just thinking about selling my Gloria as it's been in the garage for a while now and not been used. It's got newly sharpened blades on it, it's the 18hp electric start version. It's a great little machine but just don't use it enough at the moment. Sods law will be a job comes up where I will!!!!

It's in great condition, slight dent in the spout where the previous chap dropped it whilst removing it!!!

Looking for £3100 for the machine. Mine has probably done 18-20 hours with me and the previous owner had it for two weeks where he used it twice!

New ones are £4195 plus vat and next year the price is going up apparently due to materials and VAT!!!

Give me a call on 07730683069 should you be interested.

In all honesty that seems a bit steep - there were some 'new' ones being sold by a dealer on earborist for £2800 to get rid of old stock. They went in a flash mind.
