My father in law (builder) let me have a pile of roofing boards, the same week as a cousin gave us half a dozen reclaimed fence posts so I knocked this up while I've got the weekend off to tidy the front of the house up and keep the missus happy. Fixings and paint were already in the shed so has only cost time

Empty and bare. I also added diagonal bracing after I took this pic that you can't see in the first pic, and boarded over the front posts which you can see in the first one. 2.5M wide

Made something very similar myself some time back with tanalised fencing materials , I keep my kayak on top of it ( saves space ) I see many such things for sale at garden centres etc and they are rarely cheap !!
