Hi folk's I have a customer wanting me to dispose of a stack of conifer that was cut down last year and just left in their back garden....there is probably two good loads for my Cabstar I was wondering if it would be o.k. to put it through my chipper so I could reduce the tipping charge for my customer ?

Charge more than a normal rate . If you did not cut them down in the first place how can you know whats in the pile ? Keep an eye out for wire / nails and the like I do hate cleaning up after another contractor .

I was doing a smallish fell/removal recently and the client asked if I wouldn't mind chipping up a jumbled up mess of hazel and stuff in the corner. I said no that I never chip stuff I didn't cut down myself.

They looked quite miffed and said that the "landscaper" who cut it down said as I was coming in a couple of weeks it would be silly to take it away as I would gladly chip it up.

Not something I do these days,one thing I aren't is a s hit shifter,these jobs usually smack of cheap penny pinches!
