Landline is dead, broadband fine, hard to contact EE, been phoning 08000798586 just get held in a queue for eternity!!!! Phone been out for over a week now, how do you get in touch with these people???????

Aye Jon, they were on the phone every week until I changed over to them, now can't contact them at all :-(

I had the opposite . No broadband but phone line working . Got in touch strait away with EE they said it needs an open reach BB engineer and he will be a week coming . Ten days later he came out . Another open reach BB engineer had put the man hole cover on wrong and pinched 2 of my wires . Took 10mis to fix and 10 days to get here .

This is the reason I now have my lines registered as business lines with BT, the issue we had was sorted the same day.

Costs slightly more but worth it imo.

Yep, sounds about right stubby, it'll be open reach that sort it but they won't look at it without say so from EE.
