I got a Bahco S87+7 set off ebay for a bargain price and it's brilliant. 1/2" and 1/4" drive 6 point sockets and combination plus swivel spanners and the quality is superb.

The halfords kits are awesome tools for the occasional user, I have three sets of the 250 kit along with the big spanner set and 3 breaker bars. Keep one at home, 1 in the van and 1 in the tool chest in the yard.

You can never have enough tools :)

It probably will have them but long reach sockets are damn useful when taking off carb nuts, decomp valves and fitting taps! 1/4 inch is also good for most small engine repairs, ham-fisted users with too big a drive strip threads! T bars are also good on small kit - spins screws in and out faster.

Fixed that for you:biggrin:

Hi HAM what size you after thanks Jon

Well just a decent size one to do all my maintenance etc! Just thought a slightly bigger set for an extra £70 wasn't too bad!
