If you are worried about picking up injuries then go for Ju-jitsu has it is not has Full on has Judo has a lot of there techniques you cannot go through with them .

 

Judo is more physical and a lot of the throw techniques are very similar but in JUDO you learn the Japanese name for all the Techniques has in Ju-jitsu mostly English .

 

The other thing to watch out In Judo is beginners get used has FODDER material too .

Boxing is probably easier on the knees. Especially if your not taking it too seriously and pounding the pavements everyday
