I only every climb with a 45m rope regardless of the tree.

 

 

Yeah bit aren't you like Reg in the sense that you Emily get called in for the 150 footers? :biggrin:

 

I find 37m fine for day to day use. As has been said the rest stays in your bag. My work rope was 45m until I accidentally on purpose shortened it mid climb, now 37m is just fine.

 

Got 50m velocity at home which gets bought out for the big climbs though!
