I think your right,any thing over 3.5t, O license and tacho.

I bought it from a kiwi in London, who was going to convert the box it had on for travelling. Do not have any more photos but the box came over the crewcab and he had a double bed in there.

If you sold it 8 years ago you probablly ok.

 

But yep now anything over 3.5ton needs tacho and 'O' Licence

only if the trailer is more than 750kg.

Towing is a different ball game again! If the combined weight of vehicle and trailer gross over 3.5ton then yep a tacho is required if the vehicle and trailer are used for commercial business.

 

I'm about to fit one in the 130.

And you need to be aware that its plated weights,so if you pull an empty trailer that is plated for more than 750kg you could get done.
