I just stand my billets on end in an IBC container then when I want to saw them to length I just lift and rotate using the IBC as a log deck. If customer wants billets then just deliver the IBC container the same as I deliver logs.

Surely kinda hard to get them well enough stuffed in, to sit upright.

In a "jumbo" bag

From attempting to store paling stabs (Ok they were 1.5m long) in this manner.

1.0m lengths could be different.

use a smaller bag, I would go with a 90x90 did also consider using the metal buckles with the poly strapping so you can draw it up as the wood dries.

I supplied 1m seasoned lengths for a wood boiler some while ago, they were sold loose on the trailer, boiler got through 3 metres a fortnight. Customer soon got fed up of paying to feed his hungry boiler and bought artic loads to cut himself, so don't go investing too much in this, most people have no idea how much a boiler uses or costs to run. had someone asking for an artic of dry wood last week, after the boiler had been installed, they were about 3 hours from here, obviously done no research at all into a local source of fuel.
