I can only say good things about my 560 and TTS stihl may impress the chicks but nothing gets their feathers off faster than a man with a husky in his hands :laugh1::laugh1:

  having used both, the 362 is much slower than the 560, and both work best at opposite ends of the scale, Huskies are light handed tools, where you don't push it into the wood, it pulls its way through, the Stihl is best forced through the wood and made to spit chunks out. I'd suggest you figure out what kind of user you are.

I prefer husky, but I'm better suited to sitting on max torque with a Stihl

Hi Eddy . My mate is a Stihl man but he doesn't mind using my 540 instead of his Ms 200. And it's still loosening up and getting better

Port it!

Got a couple of 560's the first ran with out fault until bottom end gave up I did not hesitate to buy another as its easily the best handling and powerful saw in the 60cc class I've used..I'm happy if I get 2 years out of a saw.

It gave up because of the crank case which has now been redesigned and is available as a new short end block with new crank for £180 from husky so it was well worth fixing imo. All new saws have the new crank case so it should not be a problem now but time will tell I guess :)

I have 2 560 xp and had no real problems, must be luck I guess.

Anyone know if the new ms461 is auto tune or is it a normal carb?

Don't forget dolmar if you want a basic no frills saw.

Nope, haven't bought one yet

The Caravan park opens tomoro so apart from the odd private job I can pick up the saws are tucked up til November. But we may well have to look at giving it a little tweek next year :sneaky2:
