Hi all

 

I have been trying to get a TPO / CA check on a property in Chislehurst under Bromley LPA but they don't answer the phone, reply to messages left or emails?

 

Has anyone have knowledge if its still Gwen Exford down there or is there someone new and what is there number if anyone has it??

Basically you will be very lucky to get through. They are useless and still dealing with enquiries from October last year.

 

The have such a backlog that tree surgeons are getting a bit annoyed, they go back to the customers who then try and get hold of Bromley and then doubles the workloads.

 

That is why they are not answering the phone.

A few of the contractors I wrk for are having exactly the same troubles. One even had a face to face with the head of dept. it really doesn't help when they say they're busy and your trying to run a business.
