We re sharpen in situ with an angle grinder with diamond wheel.

 

Diamond coated vanity blade / Abtec4Abrasives

 

And I have just found, and used, these guys for grinder teeth at a very reasonable rate. Really nice to deal with, and very efficient.

 

Stump Grinder | Stump Cutter |

 

Sharpen often, and replace teeth when they get too worn down(25% of face of carbide tip), this really effects performance.

 

Make sure the leading edge/tungsten tip is proud (and sharp!) of the holder behind

 

Just to add: we have a 1000w power convertor in the truck (if there is no client in) and a 50m extension lead to sharpen on site

There a lot cheaper for the teeth! Do you have to enquire before you order??
