lanyard, need i say more?

 

Errrr yes the lanyard was not a problem tying of the piece to what he was stood on was, not through a pulley simply tied off, the force snapped the rope causing such a violent reaction catapulting him, i think he was lanyard in!

You can see a rigging pulley clearly at 0.08.

The piece(top) did not run.

The drunk shooting video linked to the original video is even worse. If that is indicative of the average American's common sense around firearms, no wonder they have a lot of Blue-on-Blues. I wouldn't let that muppet loose with a catapult :001_rolleyes:
