On the one hand you have BTs arrogance who recently declared it was not financially viable to increase broadband speed to one of 38 so called 'tech cities' along with the fact that BT increases as a monopoly & has two recent large investments to fund?

Had my broadband and landline with orange, who then became EE, and who now are turning into BT. 😳

had broadband with freeserve, then orange, then EE, now BT, downhill all the way.

Strangely I am with EE ( started out with Orange ) and have never , ever had a problem . Always a good signal .
