Funny how the mention of Redwood have some how parted company with Jensen!!

 

So there is a Jensen Dealer Network

 

Fine!

 

And there is Redwood also a Jensen importer and parts stockist ( almost the biggest parts stockist)

 

So you can choose who you buy from

 

So why I ask does it keep coming up that Redwood are no longer Jensen dealers/Importer ?? It's simple they are!

They may not be on the Jensen web site probably due to a known Forst!

 

 

There's enough custom out there for everyone and allies and better than enemy's

We’r sorry for our late reaction concerning your email from Friday, 20 February 2015.

 

We can confirm you now that we finished the cooperation with Redwood last week. This means that we decide to cooperate with regional dealers in the UK. The dealers are supplied with spare parts an chippers from our factory in Maasbüll. On our website you can find our actual dealers. These dealers are acquainted with the Jensen product because they used to sell/repair them during the Redwood period. We are convinced that this is the best way to restart the sales of Jensen in Great Britain.

 

The amount of dealers will grow to a level that will cover the UK in an effective way.

 

We experienced in other countries that doing business direct with regional dealers is working effective: short lines, quick communication, fast delivery of spare parts etc. We as a manufacturer are also closer to the market so that we can meet the desires of the customers in a better way.

 

We hope this answer (although it’s rather late) will satisfy you.

i did email direct as i couldnt get the answer i wanted in the uk, i would say the parting of the 2, had been in the pipeline for some time ,once the forst sale impacted on the jensen sales it was over ,
