I use a jcb beaver and it speeds up when it needs more oil, the good thing is that it dosnt tie up the tractor, however if the ram was too big I think it would struggle, I have 10 ton ram

My boss has a 5 tonne splitter running of a powerpack

for the money you pay it is very good

On my best day I cut split and hand balled ten bags

Tip try split wood green if the wood is hard try splitting on the outside of the rings

You've put some fairly heavyweight steel into that, I am guessing when you want to shift it you chuck a sling around it and lift it with the Mog crane.

Does this mean I have to buy a Mog before the logsplitter.

a landscaper friend borrowed it last year and wheeled it with a sack barrow

it was built with that steel as i already had it
