Option 2 is probably the most future proof too considering FB do prefer everyone to be up to date with stuff.

 

To delete someone:

 

Settings > Banned Users (left hand side) > Click the drop down box and select 'People who like this' > click the cog and click remove!

 

Interestingly i have just notice you can use this same cog to set page role admin too - so once you have your personal profile, like your own page and then log into the page account and use the cog too!
