I'm not sure it would be as much as 10:1 but 8:1 sound good. All depends how much stomping and chopping you do.

 

Was just wondering about storing brash then chipping it up after a few months when it's dry and lost its green. Hopefully reducing its moisture content for biomass. Any thoughts??

Sounds like a lot of effort for dry chip! The extra costs in petrol would outweigh any benefit in my opinion!

 

Totally agree. But with a large tractor and trailer (which I already have) it becomes a little more efficient. But only on the jobs I can get that kind of kit in :001_smile:
