good luck Geoff.

 

Had a few shoulder probe myself over the years but none needing ops. I have a couple of the rubber bands kicking about. Strangely the hardest one to use and therefore the toughest to stretch is bright pink.

 

How ironic... ;)

Good luck, hope you heal quickly Geoff. Get Felix to do the work for you and you supervise, if he gets out of line use the rubber bands as a catapult. You'll have fun and get your physio done too.

 

As people have said don't rush back physio really important, I've had similar done to my shoulder including a few more bits.

I'm sure he can make a elastic band gun to give him a fighting chance. I'm not starting, I thought it was be nice to a disablist day 😁😜
