You could file a standard chain to 10 degrees

 

Good idea. Buy your favourite semi-chisel chain, and file it at 10° top plate angle. Or even gradually reduce the angle from the standard (30° or thereabout) to 10° as you sharpen the chain. It is not really a big problem milling with a standard (non-ripping) chain.
