I tend to work through the weekends as I'm usually working a long way from home. I always take the whole of the kids summer and x-mas holidays off work though. I think the kids probably get to spend more time with a dad who isn't knackered and grumpy than if I came home every weekend.

I do love me camping though.I always camp in my Eureka hammock when I'm working away and always take the family for 3 weeks camping in France during the summer holidays.

 

now that sounds like a good way of doing things!

We bought a sprite muskateer recently,a fairly old one. Hoping to travel round in the summer for a few months and pick work up as we go

We went all over the country with our Sprite Muskateer they are a very good caravan. I upgraded earlier this year and the Sprites beds were more comfortable.
