hi qtip, i know you cetainly know what you are doing after seeing your sequioa crane job.:001_cool: did you find you were running out of time when doing a standard back cut??or was it just the diference in the speed of sound to light scenario that you get from some videos. were you on the tree on your strop or were you tied in off the other tree?(tell me you were on your strop):001_smile: i think i can see another climber up the standing tree. am i right?:confused1:

there aint no substitute for skill marc,:001_tt1:i love knocking out big lumps, but aint done one as big and tall as that, respect!i am a fan of the big beech crown reduction in a oner. yehaaaaaaaaa:001_cool:

I've worked with crazier nut job climbers than Q but few who are as skillfull and knowledgable, the safety and smoothness of his work is way up there. One job i'd of loved to watch him do up close, is the weeping Beech job to rig down an entire crown in a couple of days in such a tricky enviroment is good going.
