Fella I used to work for had a factory built one, don't know if it's still in action but there were three accidents while I was there, one pretty serious several fingers both hands I think.

 

Apparently the guy panicked and instinct made him push the brake pedal.

 

Same as if you trip up with a running saw in your hand, instinct is to grip. know what you mean.

Wide open , wide open mate ! Be rude not to grab that one Steve .......only in jest mate I get it left right and center for being an " old git " !
