What a shame that these trees are dropping like dead flies ,i have half a dozen on my garden rounds that have died and some of them where well established trees .

Is there anymore news has to the reasons for this or is it just the change in the seasons or a after effect of the cold winter a couple of years which clobbered the palm trees .

I have never touched any of them has I know they are very prone to diseases and are a ornamental tree and very brittle .

I have googled this subject and seems to be very widespread and the jury is apparently still out with regards to the problem.
