In chapter 2 starting on page 16 it lists under "other classes of firearms and ammunition " several tools that could be misused, including a line launcher, that are not regulated and not to be considered firearms.

 

The APTA is a good tool. It would be nice if you guys could use it.

I received mine from tree stuff yesterday and it's awesome!! Fires easily 80-100 ft in the air!!!

 

 

Did you have any trouble getting it through customs? In the uk or have to pay any extra fees?

Got my self one the other day, haven't used it anger yet. Just a heads up though I got an extra bill from fed ex for £23 import tax which I have ignored for now, I'll let you know how it goes

That's the tax mans money. If fed ex cant recover it they will chuck it to the taxman and his wolves, he is remorseless and relentless and if you don't pay it will attract costs.

He may also wonder if avoiding tax is a habit of yours and start digging.
