Guy I used to buy machinery off would just say now I suppose you want to know how cheap you can have it, if I showed an interest in anything 😁 now I'm married to a Geordie lass I just sender in she carmaker grown men cry when they realise the price they have agreed 😁

I've just had an Insurance company ask me if the quote I have given is my best price, bloody cheek. I told them that unlike insurance company's my price only goes up! Take it or get someone else bloody pee takers.

I don't like haggling, but when it comes to car insurance etc. I always play the "I've got a cheaper price elsewhere game". Saving £20 is worth it for 10 minutes work.

 

My brother plays a similar game with Sky telly, he tries the old "your product is very expensive and I wish to cancel" and get's 50% off for 6 months.
