Just a word to the wise

 

Trees in domestic gardens and recovering cars are not agricultural activities.

 

If the powers that be decide your activities are other than agric, they can prosecute for the missing licence categories and suchlike

The trailer would be towed behind another vehicle for recovery purposes.

mogs not allowed to do domestic work if run under ag rules

 

 

Thanks for this....., we'll probably re-register it as a road vehicle once we have looked into it in more detail.

 

Just to mention.

We own a farm, (and rent a couple as well)

We don't just do tree surgery

We're not looking to take "short cuts" with our business just to save a few quid.
