UK winter weather ~ more wind & rain every year hereon?

Been pretty wet here for a couple weeks. Lots of water. Wind seems okay, (generally) with two gale force winds so far. Autumn colours seem pretty dull this year.

My predictions rings true so far. People are already being flooded again, some buildings are just after being repaired from the last winter rain: BBC News - Flooding in Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion after downpours

That's the problem I got neither but I spose I can use the little unsinkable boat to use but it now very sinkable since Mrs R parked her car on top of it last year!
