I though you had a large scale setup down there, perhaps space with you is limited, which is why you need to buy in?

I assume your boilers cope nicely with G50?

Space is adequate for our needs.

The noise consideration for our neighbours is the main reason to buy some in. Sometimes it makes sense to top up with a couple of hundred tonnes before Christmas rather than chip with a half full shed, as chipper transport is a standard cost. It keeps options open.

Yes G50 suits both although I would not turn away G100

Your product sounds fine for power station but not the type of boilers that take G30 or G50 chip. A lot of the contracts state it must be produced from virgin timber and not have any green in, ie leaves so chipping brash would be out.

Yeah it was per tonne but now get 14.00 per tonne. Twice it shredded then done again. I no it's only for power station because I could tell the difference when I chipped with heizohack between logs and brash

Plus when we started we only did for our brash then people keep asking if I would take now it as become a full time job. That's why I'm asking so I don't want to keep selling to the middle man all the time.
