Been meaning to take a pic of this before, got round to taking a couple today on my way past, can't see the owner having a go themselves at taking it down, its about 6 feet from the house at the base.

Youd be surprised at what some people will tackle with some ladders, a borrowed chainsaw and a piece of bailing twine

I'd sleep quite soundly, who says big tree can't exist in an urban area? At least it would be an easy fell when the time comes.
