Difflock is correct - unfortunately you need to blade across it using a 7.5/8 tonne 360, Wheel digger or similar, with the front blade skimming the ground to find all the conc. posts. Will take a while though. Dig them out as you go, then get the flail on Tractor into play. Discuss with Client as surely they wish for post removal anyway and a bit of grading as is normal on these derelict sites.

12 acre site heavily overgrown, not been touched in 6 years was lawn

 

any idea on price? also starting in January is this a problem?

 

i am guessing a brushcutter, then rake and then mower? time it will take?

its going to be a holiday park again from next may, heavy machinery or animal will cut the ground up won't they?

 

Graze with as many sheep as possible as soon as possible and then take them off before Xmas. They will not cut the ground up much unless it is very heavy ground and it becomes very wet. If it is free draining ground they could stay there till spring. There are usually farmers willing to pay a little per head per week and they will have all the electric fencing etc. It will make it much easier to see what it there and once the concrete if taken out you can reseed in April. Then mow. Simples
