Anyone on here enrolled onto the ABC RFS Certificate Arboriculture On-Line? My start date is today but I've heard nothing and received through their web pages.

im on same boat mate supposed to be starting today rfs but not heard anything rang them no1 has a clue of whats going on and guy runs this course suppose to be working from cypress over the net.ive sent him an email and no reply from him either so not a good start is it i might ring them and cancel it to be honest fed up before even start it

They've been slack from start to finish. Not promising.

On Bloom check the 'My Modules' tab at the top left of the page, units 1 and 4 are now there.

On Mypage the 'Timetable' and 'My Course' tabs now have something in them, or at least it all did this afternoon. Timetable just shows Group 1 on Friday morning and Group 2 Friday afternoon.

 

I agree the lack of messages/emails is poor, haven't even been invoiced yet...

 

Going to have tea and look at all this later.

Nothing on either. If I click on 'My Course' it says it cannot find my course! I have a copy of the invoice

The saving grace is that I paid the tuition fees with a Barclaycard so I have purchase protection if this really fluffs up

I've sent a stinking email but I'm going to phone them today to see if I can get any answers. I'll post the outcome later.
