Do you have any knowledge of the Sugihara guide bar, I'd thought on getting a 36 " of them.

Thanks

Here it is in .404 on a 395 :001_smile:

Hi,

Definitely worth it if you are going to be cutting a lot, may not be worth it if your 390 will not be in mainstream use.

Depends on use really once my bars are worn I will be changing to Sugi.

Thanks for link and pic,

Is the Sugihara bar worth £30/£40 more ?

Thanks Husqvarna

I think they are worth it . They are noticeably lighter tham a standard bar and they seem to be much more hard wearing . For example I used up a 24" chain on my 372 and before fitting a new one I usually dress the bar and turn it . I turned it anyway but there were no burrs to dress of at all .
