Both the sales and service team at Global are some of the best guys you will ever deal with.

 

Their customer service is second to none and have always, all gone out of there way to help me for the 4-5 years I have known them.

 

I would suggest your opinion of poor customer service based on your experience, which you do not describe is delusional.

I have posted this the day they arrived, I cannot demo without a machine! I did say can you wait until the stock arrives, if I had any developments I would of let you know. Sorry you feel that way.

Chap I use for grinding has the b31-110 grinder, him and machine do top job. Can't fault it from my point of view
