Yeah had it a while now, fantastic machine although there have been a couple of niggles along the way. Will pop by if I make it to the apf

I sold a few of these when I worked in Scotland. A very good machine as long as you don't get an idiot shovelling gravel into it. I believe it used to have a trailer as an option, so you could tow it around.

Any chance of an on site demo in Kent? I'm interested in a 500.

Yes we can arrange that, can you wait until our stock arrives or would you like sooner? We may have to get some other models over sooner so I could probably do this at the same time.

Unless things have changed the 500 was double the price of a 400 for a few extra hp and self propelled which back then was nearly 5 grand! Forget the extra inch capacity. Nonetheless, the drive system was essential for mobility; pushing the 400 around on anything other than a billiard table is hard work. No issues with the robustness of the machine tho and with a good anvil and blades was a very productive machine.

This is the new Jo Beau M100 chipper, it has a 45mm capacity & only weighs 32kgs. It is fitted with a 4.5hp Honda engine or you can have it with a 3hp electric motor, an ideal little chipper for those small jobs at an affordable price.
