Looks very much like Guignardia aesculi - Horse chestnut leaf blotch to me.

 

I was always under the impression Horse chestnut leaf miner appears between the leaf veins.

And this is Guignardia aesculi leaf blotch - also different from what you are seeing. As Chris said, you normally get some yellow panes around the darker brown blotches with this.

Looks like drought damage to me.

Leaf miner is as the pic above - much more blotchy and obvious where they have attacked.

Few trees suffering drought damage this year - a number of concerned landowners reported Ash Dieback which is just drought caused leaf drop.
