I wouldnt dream of attempting to dispense advice of that nature via an internet forum. Get yourself booked on a course, or get a job with a company that can train you.

If you're asking this question on order to carry out untrained rigging ops yourself then I'd say don't without knowledge and experience. Too much can go wrong and/or the job could take you twice as long as normal. Get trained, fella, it'll be worth it in the end.
