Jenson roller trouble

We have had a Jenson a530 10'' turn table for nearly 2 years now and we are having trouble with small brush and twigs getting caught between the outside of the rollers, therefore causing the two to have an inch or more gap, so they dont mesh.

So when you try to put smaller brush through the feed rollers havent got the purchase to pull it through. Or there is brush still wedged inbetween the top roller and the housing which doesnt want to go through.

Confusing?

Does anybody else have this problem with Jenson?:mad1:

1 gallon of petrol and 1 match will save you countless hours repairing it, Claim the insurance money and buy yourself a timberwolf!!!

Im not being funny mate, Ive just had really really bad times with jensons over the years!! :scared1:

Im sure people have had bad times with timberwolfs too though!

are the twigs getting stuck down the left and right rather than in between the rollers

or are they in the middleish

the twigs tend to get stuck on the left, where the top roller move up and down. it means we have to open it up and clear all the crap out where the u.j's are.

yeh ours does that too then

have your uj,s moved as well or has the roller shafts been moved a bit

we moved ours back left a bit and it was slightly better but usually find putting a bigger bit in clears it

hows your gearboxes lasting
