Echo spares

Having bought an Echo pole pruner last year -

It's noe time to find out about their spares back-up.

 

So far, not very good.

I managed to lose the short 'sacrificial' adapter that sits on the end of the shaft between the shaft and the cutter head.

 

They are designed to fail before the shaft gets shafted so I expected a quick replacement. So far 9 working days and still waiting.

 

Does anyone on here know wher I might get one?

 

If their chainsaw spares are like this they will rule themselves out of the 'top handle' race that's for sure.

Have you tried Forest and Arb on here? They are main dealers, I believe.

the wee bush is about £1 i just got one for ours also make sure that all the bolts are tight in the lower housing as if there not it breaks off
