a good groundy is most useful when on this type of job - he is your eyes on the ground for getting the best shape

It took me all day, I had to break some barriers with my climbing as some of the points i was climbing out to were well beyond this mornings comfort zone I started around 8 30 and finished about 4 I think, with a couple of breaks to look at it from the ground.
