660's have never bothered me on the ground as they are sat in the cut half the time. pretty cumbersome up a tree though. got mine second hand from national trust 4 yrs ago and hasn't missed a beat since. my 394xp is definately nippier though.

Indeed; 461 much better p/w ratio.

 

 

 

Now in the same dilema myself; 461 or 660/661. I know I can go all day on a 461 happily but mindful of some big sticks on the horizon and want to be able to have everything covered...

 

 

660, then get a dual port muffler, it goes without saying! It's only about 1.5 horses behind an 880 then!
