Laburnum Timber

A friend wants the right stem(stems) of this removing, it seems to be dying off with no leaf ( really poor pic due to dust in phone ) The thickest part is around 6-7inchs, I'll cut it down to cord wood. Does anybody want the timber as its good for carving & turning. Free to a good home if you'll send me pics of the end product. Any advice on the tree and wood greatly received.

Good wood and nice colour should be good for something turning etc

Yeah, hopefully someone can use it. It'll go on a heap on a farm if not. Not good for logs I've read!

Wood turners like laburnum right down to a couple of inches diameter.

i fear that i'm too far away but if you were willing to deliver to j7 of the m4 then i'd take it.

J8-M4, Gmaps says 220mile round trip, so won't be delivering, but if you know anyone this way or I'm heading somewhere nr sometime. Shame coz i'm sure you'd make something good from it,,
