whats the cubic size of a 1 ton builders bag please

as above just a quick question as i.am working out how many bags would fit in my trailer when its loaded with loose logs cubic mtr's is 3.16 so need to divide the bag measurement etc memory fails me but remember 0.71 but unsure can anyone confirm please

You need to allow for the seam on the bag

the 85cm bags are internaly 81X81X82 cm, makes quite a difference to capacity.

In general most builders bags are 90x90x90, internaly 86x86x87

Not sure if bulging makes a difference, if the bag bulges the seam to seam size gets less as the material doesn't really stretch much

for 0.5c/mtr we use the 85cm bags, it's slightly over but settles about right
